For making with parts with high impact resistant

                           

1) Using 2% Cobalt Solution with 1% active metal content and 2% MEKP at room temperature.

2) Using 8 gm of 50% BPO paste & 2.5 ml of 8% DMA per 100 gm resin at 30°C.

3) Using 1.5% of 1% Cobalt, MEKP and 8% DMA Solution.

4) Using 4% Benzoyl peroxide of 50% activity at 25°C

5) Using SPI method (2% Benzoyl peroxide of 50% activity at 82°C)

6) Standard Packing size 35 Kgs. & 225 Kgs.

7) Uncatalysed, standard cure polyester products have a usage life of three month from date of manufacturing when store at 23°C or in a closed factory sealed, opaque container and out of direct sunlight. The usage life is cut in half for every 12°C over 23°C.
